Dear parishioners,

We are so excited to re-open the Church very soon, and we can't wait to see you.

Our Parish team is working hard to get you all of the information about re-opening at Our Lady of Lourdes, including what social distancing measures will be in place, so that we can protect everyone's health and safety.

For now, this is just a brief note to say "stay tuned" for further information, and share some brief "headlines" for now:

  • Sunday, June 14 - Re-Opening for Private Prayer & Eucharistic Adoration: The Parish's doors will re-open for private prayer beginning Sunday, June 14th. The church will be open from 7:30am to 7pm, and there will be Eucharistic Adoration on Sunday, June 14 from 9am to 5pm. There will be no in-person Sunday Mass, and a pre-recorded Mass will be streamed at 11:30am at lourdes.to/tv as well as Facebook and YouTube.
  • Mon & Tues, June 15-16 - the Church will be open 730am to 7pm for private prayer, but there will be no Masses.
  • Wed, June 17 - Daily Masses resume at the usual schedule, 8am, 12:10pm, and 5:15pm. For those who wish to stay home, our 12:10pm daily Masses will be live streamed at lourdes.to/tv, YouTube and Facebook; recordings will be available after.
  • Weekend of June 20/21 - Weekend/Sunday Masses resume. The Church will be limited to 30% capacity (about 130 people). To accommodate the new social distancing, capacity and cleaning requirements, our Sunday Mass times will be adjusted, beginning the weekend of June 20/21 [adjusted Mass times in bold]
    • Saturday vigil Mass: 5:15pm
    • Sunday Masses: 8am9:45am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 5pm (Tamil/English), 7pm
  • Online / Live-Streamed Mass: For those who are still at home, we will also be live-streaming the 11:30am Sunday Mass at lourdes.to/tv, YouTube and Facebook; recordings will be available after; along with the 12:10pm daily Masses Monday through Saturday.

Also, we will be conducting a drive for new volunteers so that we can better accommodate the additional social distancing measures for Sunday Masses (e.g. welcomers/ushers) - more details to come.

Thank you and God bless!

Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Team
